MC45 series

By integrating an annealed guide bearing and an integrated fixed thrust bearing, ACE offers a new technology of MC45 self-compensated shock absorbers from the MAGNUM range. This product adapts to the most hostile environments while guaranteeing a long service life. The continuous thread and the numerous accessories are additional reasons for the success of the MC4525, MC4550, and MC4575 products. This solution offers serious advantages thanks to its high energy absorption that fits perfectly in a compact space and its damping over a wide spectrum. These small shock absorbers are very powerful and make it possible to get the most out of all the machine's performance. These self-compensating industrial shock absorbers are used in all areas of mechanical engineering, especially for automation and gantry cranes.

Impact speed: 0.15 m/s to 5 m/s. Other speeds on request.

Note: It is possible to reduce the noise from 3 dB to 7 dB by using the special bumper (PP). For emergency stop applications and for continuous operation (with additional cooling) it is sometimes possible to exceed the specified maximum capacities. In this case, please consult us.

Safety instructions: External materials from the immediate environment can affect the sealing components and shorten the service life. Please contact us for proposals for suitable solutions. Do not paint the shock absorbers due to heat emission.

Special oils, nickel plating, increased corrosion protection, integration in pneumatic cylinders or other special options are available on request.
